Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center (RCPC) is a psychiatric hospital exclusively for children and adolescents. It is operated by the New York State Office of Mental Health, and serves children from the Hudson Valley Region. In addition to its inpatient facility, RCPC has a wide variety of outpatient services, including school-based aftercare programs, day treatment programs, and clinics. These programs are fully integrated with the inpatient service, enabling RCPC to provide a full continuum of care to the children it serves.
Psychiatric emergency department; crisis prevention and response team; short and intermediate inpatient treatment; outpatient services: individual, group family; aftercare, community placement; multi language services, ECT, methadone maintenance, substance abuse programs.
Crisis Prevention and Response team, linking Westchester residents to community supports; inpatient services, short term and acute care for older adults and adolescents and substance abusers;Partial hospital program for adults and adolescents; outpatient mental health services, outpatient addiction recovery service; excel and excel by night , day treatment program for adolescents with substance abuse problems who are unable to manage at home.
