Crisis Prevention and Response team, linking Westchester residents to community supports; inpatient services, short term and acute care for older adults and adolescents and substance abusers;Partial hospital program for adults and adolescents; outpatient mental health services, outpatient addiction recovery service; excel and excel by night , day treatment program for adolescents with substance abuse problems who are unable to manage at home.
