Arc of Westchester is the largest agency in Westchester County serving children, teens and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
The mission of Family Ties of Westchester, Inc. is to provide lasting and effective support services to families of children with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in Westchester County.
Lifespan services in NY for children and adults with developmental disabilities, special needs, mental health challenges, and chronic medical needs.
Play, learn and socialize at Parents Place, a safe, clean, convenient and affordable place for kids (up to 5 years old) and their parents/caregivers. Sessions include free play and developmentally appropriate activities such as art, music, water and sand play, indoor slide, blocks, play kitchen area, library and so much more. The professional staff is also available to address questions and concerns regarding parenting or child development issues. Parents Place also offers free Family Fun Days for those impacted by Autism. No registration is required.
Richmond Community Services, in partnership with all members of the community, supports children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families, to achieve the highest quality of life through individualized services, life-enhancing strategies, education, and advocacy, with particular expertise in meeting the needs of those with complex health issues.
A residential school providing a comprehensive program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and medically fragile children. A wide range of services; medical, nursing, educational, recreational, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietary, and social activities are coordinated to provide individualized treatment for each resident.
Assistance for families applying for OPWDD eligibility, medicaid and waiver services, MSC, waiver respite and community habilitation services, emergency respite support reimbursement, socialization and skill building groups.
